Kenneth has been a professional dancer / choreographer / dance-teacher for more than a decade. He first took up yoga after a bone marrow transplant, as part of his recuperation and an alternative to his vigorous dance training. He soon fell in love with yoga. “Through yoga, I am not required to “perform” or please anyone. It gives me space and time to connect with my inner-self spiritually, mentally and physically, to take myself out of the hectic lifestyle in the city.” This is also why he added teaching-yoga to his skill-set, so that he can share these benefits with everyone.
