In this workshop, we will work on shoulderstand, headstand and forearm stand.
You will learn how to build up to these poses safely and build your confidence to trust yourself and discover the power of your core that will provide a solid foundation for intermediate inversions and beyond.
This smaller group workshop will provide a greater opportunity for hands on adjustments and assistance. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into challenges that you may face physically in your body, whether through injury, muscle tightness or muscle weakness.
