Join Stella on a special 90min class before she embark on her new journey!
In the first half of the class, we will explore two types of breathing techniques – Belly Breathing and Lateral Breathing. The mechanics of these techniques will be discussed and we will learn how to incorporate them into our yoga practice and daily living.
In the second half of the class, we will look at some perspectives of how to bear weight on your arms. The anatomy of the shoulder joints, their surrounding musculature and the scapulohumeral rhythm will be discussed. Towards the end of the class, we will practice static stretching and self-myofascial release as a form of recovery.
