Budokon means the way of the warrior. It is the practice of honouring the warrior (the fighter) and the yogi (the peacemaker) within us, through a dynamic movement system that integrates yoga, martial arts, mobility, calisthenics and animal locomotion, in a powerful and mindful way.
Join Lijun in this 2 hour workshop, in which we will explore these elements and learn to move through a graceful yet challenging Budokon sequence.
Meraki is extremely excited to partner with Physio Active, Singapore’s premium Physiotherapy Clinic to bring you these workshops!
In these 2 workshops, we will explore how the body is designed to move, to realise its full range of motion.
We will look at problems that can arise, at how to move and breathe well in our daily lives, and at self-help mobilisation techniques to keep our bodies in good condition.
The workshops will be highly interactive, with opportunities for Q&A and troubleshooting.
The yogi practise today
so she can practise tomorrow!
Come and learn, empower yourself on the knowledge of your own body.

Qi is the energy or natural force that fills the universe. Since Qi is the source of life, if you understand how Qi functions and know how to affect it correctly, you should be able to live a long and healthy life.
The Chinese characters for Qigong translate to “energy work.”
Qigong is the ancient Chinese practice of cultivating, cleansing, balancing and directing your vital life force, which is known as qi (chi).
You exercise with the subtle, and not so subtle, energy systems of the elements, the universe, and the human body. Qigong is rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, and manuals on Qigong go back thousands of years.
